In 2001, Proview Technology （Shenzhen） Co., Ltd. Registered the trademark of Ipad in China and other countries as well, producing device connecting individual internet. But later they announced bankruptcy due to bad management. In 2009, Apple Inc. entered China market with Ipad brand which caused infringement disputes of trademark. After three trials, Apple Inc. lost the lawsuit.

 

June 2012, the High People’s Court of Guangdong Province announced that Apple Inc. paid 60 million dollars to end this dispute. The well-known Apple Inc. need to pay 60 million dollars to buy these four letters because it didn’t register this trademark in China.

Clinching a deal of 5.02 million RMB for 35 trademarks

 

November 25, 2016, Guangdong Yinyibai Creative Aluminium Limited conducted bankrupcy liquidation because the subordinate, Guangdong Yibai Group failed in investment and lead to capital chain rupture. Unexpectedly, enterprise’s 35 registered trademarks, including the trademark “Yinyibai”, have been sold for 5.02 million RMB in the Taobao judicial sale platform in Foshan intermediate people’s court.

August 31, 2018, Wenzhou Yileibate Shoes Limited company sold four trademarks with an starting price of 3 yuan through Ali platform and clinched a unexpected deal of 65,203 RMB.

Share of Wanglaoji series has been transferred with 1.389 billion RMB

 

December 27, 2018, GUANGZHOU BAIYUNSHAN PHARMACEUTICAL HOLDINGS CO. LTD(stock code of listed company: 600332, SH) announced that the trademark right of “Wanglaoji” series  was to transferred with 1.389 billion RMB.

Clinching a deal of 402 thousand RMB for one trademark 

 

February 27, 2019, the trademark “Jiusuier” from Jiusuier Ecological planting is on the sale in Hangzhou Economic and Technology developing Area Court. 

 

It clinched a deal of 402 thousand RMB with an evaluated price of 2,000 yuan and a starting price of 1,500 yuan through 1733 auctions.

TOYOTA

In recent days, Toyota Motor (China) investment co., LTD decide to recall part of imported Lexus IS 250C and GX 400, manufactured from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 13,2017,4682 in total. As follows:

 

• One imported Lexus IS 250C manufactured on Jan 15, 2014；

• Part of imported Lexus GX 400, manufactured from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 13, 2017, 4681 in total.

 

 

TOYOTA in TJFAW

 

The company recalls Corolla, manufactured from Jan 6,204 to Apr 29,2014, 35635 in total; and Corolla EX, manufacture from Jan 6, 2014, to Feb 20, 2017, 151155 in total.

 

 

The passenger airbag of some vehicles within the scope of this recall was equipped with an ammonium nitrate gas generator without a desiccant produced by Takada. When the airbag is deployed, the gas generator may be abnormally damaged, causing the debris to fly out, injuring the inside of the vehicle.

 

 

CHANGAN FORD

 

The company recalls part of  MONDEO, manufacture from Oct 16, 2018, to Oct 26, 2018, 327 in total. 

Due to the fact that some batches of body varnish or glass glue do not meet Ford’s bonding requirements, cause the glass may loosen or fall off.

 

 

 

Porsche(China)

 

 

The company recalls part of imported 2018 Panamera 4E-Hybrid, Panamera 4E-Hybrid Sports Turismo, manufacture from Sep 25, 2018, to Oct 11, 2018, 65 in total.

 

 

Due to the temporary production of the supplier, the brake pipe between the brake system hydraulic unit and the master cylinder may be corroded. Corrosion particles may cause the filter of the hydraulic unit to block, which may affect the braking performance of the vehicle in extreme cases.

 

 

Volkswagen(China)

• Part of imported 2019 Aventador S Coupe serial cars, manufactured from Jun 10, 2017, to Apr 5, 2018, 32 in total;

• Part of imported 2019 Aventador S Coupe serial cars, manufactured from Jan 16, 2018, to Apr 16, 2018, 16 in total.

 

Due to the fact of misfit of the fuel tank.

 

 

SAIC

 

The company recalls part of ROEWE RX5, manufactured from Jul 20, 2018, to Aug 31, 2018, 10570 in total.

 

The reason is qualities control in the manufacturing process, mixing the false material that misfits the drawing requirement of Rear brake caliper bracket.

 

 

Mazda

 

Mazda recalls part of imported MX-5 cars, manufactured from Mar 20, 2018, to Mar 27, 2018,500 in total.

 

 

 

Because the clutch control program of the automatic transmission control module is not perfect, when the gear position signal is disturbed in the D (including manual mode) driving state, the clutch may appear to work outside the design intention, resulting in an instantaneous deceleration of the vehicle. In some cases, it may affect the driving stability of the vehicle.

 

 

FAW Volkswagen

 

The recall cars are part of imported 2014 Audi Hybrid, manufactured from Jul 2, 2014, to Sep 17, 2014, 13 in total.

 

Some vehicles in this recall range, because the plug of the air-conditioning auxiliary heating element in the production process is not fully inserted and fastened, the contact between the plug and the socket does not completely form an excessive resistance, causing the plug to overheat, which may cause ablation or fire.

Huawei launched a foldable smartphone on Sunday，in this very moment at MWC 2019, striking back at Samsung just days after it launched the first consumer-ready foldable device.

Hardware configuration

Foldable screen

When it is folded, the phone has a 6.6-inch home screen with a 19.5-inch screen ratio of 2480 x 1148 resolution. The display on the back is 6.4 inches, with a ratio of 25:9 and a resolution of 2480 x 892.

When the phone is unrolled, the Mate X’s thickness of single side is just 5.4mm. When it is folded, the phone thickness is only 11mm, which is probably a bit thicker than the current flagship phone.

Two sides of OLED display

 

The single OLED display of the Mate X actually serves triple duty. When the device is folded, you essentially have a dual-screen smartphone, with the second display on the rear allowing you to shoot selfies with the main camera or to share what’s on your primary display with a person on the other side.

One of the sides is reserved for a thicker grip section that houses the three cameras, their accompanying flash, and a push-button latch that secures the folded tablet in a closed position. This approach keeps the thickness of the main chassis down to an impressively thin 5.4mm.

Huawei Mate X adopts the outer folding scheme, which is internally called as the “Falcon Wing” design by Huawei.

5G?

 

Actually, the dual chuck slot supports 4G and 5G band respectively, while the mobile phone supports NSA/SA networking, and the 4G to a 5G network can be switched at any time.

Therefore, Huawei Mate X may be the first mobile phone that supports 5G.

Contrast with Galaxy Fold

Unlike Samsung’s device, Huawei’s Mate X features slightly curved screens that fold back so that, when closed, there are screens on both sides of the phone. The design makes Huawei’s device slimmer than Samsung’s when it’s folded.
