Parks, tourist attractions, sports venues, theaters will also be reopened, but with a restricted flow of visitors, and reservations will continue to be essential. This is in line with current practice in libraries, museums, art galleries and other indoor venues.
The city is also allowing necessary conferences and exhibitions to be hosted.
Meanwhile, the notice also specifies that people need to carry face masks, and wear them when at a crowded space.
Moreover, Guangzhou is allowing all students to return to school. The city’s primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities will have staggered starts.
△ However, students who are currently overseas are not allowed to go back to school so far.
